    Hello, Pam -- coming by and reading. This picture (and your caption) gave me a chuckle. Reminds me of the time I saw, in a shopping mall here, a door labeled "PANIC 14."

    Sounds like it could be the name of an obscure (maybe late 20th century) group of latter-day dadaist or surrealist writers and painters? Or maybe a 1990's industrial-rock band.
